This is the burrito de lengua (Cow tongue). The burrito was also massive and they had no problem filling that bad boy with meat so if you were questioning whether it’s mostly rice or fillers etc. Worry not! Very full of flavor and very satisfying. Next time I’m getting the Torta Cubana. It has hot dog and ham and guac and a ton of other goodies. Good guys running the truck, great bilingual language skills. English and Spanish obviously. Other snacks/misc items: The truck offered a wide variety of chicharrones, takis, juices/soda, and various salsas and hot sauces for your use. You can ask for a small plate of grilled onions too. ”

“ The best taco truck in town. I always order the torta de adobada (al pastor). Nothing fancy. Very traditional and delicious. My husband gets a burrito de lengua y tripa (tongue and tripe). The burritos are monstrous and so satisfying. If you aren't a big eater, you can split it the burrito with someone else. They have a good selection of drinks and Mexican snacks. You can serve yourself whatever salsa you like. Our favorite is the avocado salsa or the red salsa. My girls like the tortas even though they are picky eaters (they only eat half since they are pretty big). The staff is always quick and friendly. ”
